At Cozy Cloud Co., every bedding piece is crafted with care — from the first stitch to final packaging. Each design is hand-stitched and custom-made to ensure the softness, detail, and quality our brand is known for.

Because of this craftsmanship, please allow 2–5 days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–21 days, depending on your location.

Shipping Details

We offer standard flat-rate shipping on all orders, with tracking included.

Simply add your favorite Cozy Cloud pieces to your cart to view available shipping options before checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders picked up later in the afternoon may not have tracking updates until the next day.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We fulfill orders from two warehouse locations:

The fulfillment warehouse is selected based on current product availability and inventory. If items in the same order are stocked at different warehouses, they may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
