We offer standard flat-rate shipping on all orders, with tracking included. Add your favourite cozycloud pieces to your cart to view available shipping options before checkout. We ship Monday through Friday — orders picked up later in the afternoon may not have tracking updates until the next day. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Processing time
Each piece is custom designed and hand-stitched to order, so please allow 2–5 days for processing before your order ships. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons due to high order volume or custom design work.

To maintain the highest standards in quality and craftsmanship, we partner with artisans and stitching studios around the world. Depending on product availability, your order may ship from our U.S. fulfillment center or one of our international production facilities.
